This is the only song by him I don't particularly like. He does it very BLACK GOSPEL-ISH! Which is okay because he is highly influenced by gospel music and putting his own version on all his tunes especially his covers which I love when he makes them his own. But OH HOLY NIGHT I don't like the embellishments he adds to it. It doesn't work..for me.

This was set up by the Sing-Off prior to VoicePlay going home. They decided they would do it anyway so both groups were at their homes and did a great job of creating the visual that placed them together. The guy you didn't recognize is Tony Wakim who was the baritone for VP before he decided that he wanted to get into productions. Layne and Tony became co-owners of Pattycake Productions. J None came on as the new baritone. During the Sing-Off, the show felt like they wanted VoicePlay to bring on a female singer. Rachel Potter was in the X Factor competition, so they turned to a long-time friend and vocalist Honey Larochelle. The Sing-Off brought some of the best competitors to do a couple of tours. Honey did not go on those tours, but Emoni Wilkins (see her and Rachel in VP's Wicked) did.

In terms of age, there is no one who has not only mastered playing any of the covers Tina has done, and in addition making vast improvements to each one. To date, I cannot find anyone exceeding her ability, despite the fact that, yes, there are a lot of really brilliant guitarists out there. I guess it must be Tina's teacher who has (or she and her teacher who have) gone to great lengths to find the most challenging pieces to be played or performed on guitar. Hence the set of covers that we know of that are out there, and, must we all admit that they must've been gravely challenging yet Tina, by the age of seventeen, has learnt and mastered all, showing, too, how to execute them all to the smallest details. People have said in other comments that was an E1, but I was playing around on the keyboard while he was singing, I followed along and I am pretty sure it's an E0. He drops a quick octave that throws you off. He goes from high to low so fast it's hard to determine how many octaves he dropped, and E1 and E0 sound very similar . . .

Hi YB, Angelina jordan held a note in her song I rather go blind for 17 seconds at age 12, I thought that was long, 21 seconds for Dan is amazing also ! The best version of amazing grace I ever heard in my life. I loved pentatonix version but this is my new favorite.
